BlackRock’s spot Bitcoin ETF, known as $IBIT, purchased 10,360 Bitcoin on April 28, amounting to $970.9 million. This transaction represents the second-largest inflow for the ETF since its launch in January 2024, bringing its total Bitcoin holdings to $54.5 billion. In addition to its Bitcoin investment, BlackRock also bought $67.5 million worth of Ethereum on the same day, indicating a continued interest in cryptocurrency investments by major financial institutions.
